Kaynak Caraskal Projesi – Ford Otosan
Kaynak Caraskal Projesi, Ford Otosan’ın üretim tesisinde yer alan kaynak hattındaki yük kaldırma, taşıma ve güvenli operasyon sistemlerinin modernizasyonu amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.
DSS Automation olarak bu projede, caraskal (elektrikli zincirli vinç) sistemlerinin otomasyon entegrasyonu, elektrik proje tasarımı, pano imalatı, PLC yazılımı ve devreye alma işlemlerini başarıyla tamamladık.
Montaj IRS Konveyör Projesi – Ford Otosan
Montaj IRS Konveyör Projesi, Ford Otosan’ın üretim tesislerinde yer alan montaj hattında malzeme akışının otomatikleştirilmesi ve üretim verimliliğinin artırılması amacıyla geliştirilmiştir.
DSS Automation olarak bu projede, konveyör sisteminin elektrik ve otomasyon altyapısını sıfırdan tasarlayıp uyguladık.
Boyahane 1C0 Projesi – Ford Otosan
Boyahane 1C0 Projesi, Ford Otosan’ın üretim tesisinde yer alan boya hattının otomasyon kontrol sistemlerinin modernizasyonu ve enerji verimliliğinin artırılması amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.
DSS Automation olarak, bu projede hattın elektrik proje tasarımı, pano imalatı, PLC yazılımı, HMI geliştirmesi ve devreye alma süreçlerini başarıyla tamamladık.

Boyahane 710 Projesi, Ford Otosan’ın üretim tesislerinde yer alan boya hattının otomasyon altyapısının yenilenmesi ve kontrol sistemlerinin modernleştirilmesi amacıyla hayata geçirilmiştir.
DSS Automation olarak, projenin elektrik proje tasarımı, pano imalatı, PLC yazılımı, HMI entegrasyonu ve devreye alma süreçlerini başarıyla tamamladık.
